RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How It Works

Hey babe we get it. Sometimes things don’t work out, that’s okay!

  • Eligible purchases have 7 days to be returned once received, as long as your item(s) are unworn, unwashed and have original tags still attached, they may be returned for a refund!​

  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Please return shoes in another box or shipping bag to avoid shoe box damage. 

  • If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee. 

If your item is damaged please contact us as soon as you receive your package!

All accessories, swimwear, and SALE items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping is NOT refunded for returns. 

We are not responsible for any damage that occurs once items leave our shop. And we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regrading your shipment.

with your invoice and instructions if you are needing a refund or an exchange! 

Once we receive your package we will send you your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days to see that refund.
